- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 packet Sure Jell Original Premium Fruit Pectin
Bes sure to wash fruit before pureeing. Run strawberries, raspberries and blackberries through a food mill to remove and discard seeds.
Place mixed berry puree in a large saucepan. Cook over high heat and bring mixture to a boil. Stir in sugar and continue to boil for an additional minute.
Remove saucepan from heat, continuing to stir for a couple of minutes. Let sit for 3 minutes and then pour berry jam into sterilized mason jars. Fill until you can leave 1/2 inch of room at the top. Cover jam with lids.
Jam should last up to a month in the refrigerator if using mason jars and sealed properly. Same jam should last several months if you choose to freeze.
