Step on up for quite the dish from Chef Richard (“Big Chef Dro” as he’s affectionately called) of YES Chef Creates. He presents a delicious seafood twist on an age old classic…mac and cheese. Of course mac and cheese is pretty much a winner on its own, but what if you add lobster to the mix? What you end up with is a decadent spread of Southern Style lobster mac and cheese.

This Southern style lobster mac and cheese combines creamy macaroni with 5 types of cheeses and chunks of succulent lobster meat. Baked to golden brown perfection, you may never eat mac and cheese any other way again! This is a rich and delicious dish that’s sure to get rave reviews!

I just made this on a whim, and man let me tell you!!! This was the easiest, not to mention BEST mac n cheese recipe I’ve tried in my 35 years. Salute✊🏾👏🏽
